burnout isn't always solved by rest. gentle mornings, turning off the noise, of course, rest matters. though returning to the same pace, same pressure, same patterns, allows exhaustion and heaviness to creep back in, or maybe never leave. rest matters, though burnout asks for more. burnout doesn't just come from doing too much, it is doing too much, in a space that is unsustainable, and being depleted in a system, that asks more than we can humanly give, a chronic misalignment, between what we value, and what we live. healing burnout means rebuilding, restoration, realignment, and repair, and reworking boundaries, expectations, and environments, that made survival feel like the only option, so that we may slowly, gently, softly, build a life that we don't need to escape from. where rest is in ritual, and not reactive resolution.
