M
Medicare
With a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP, you may access a Medicare rebate of $101.55, for up to ten sessions per calendar year.

Full fee payment is required at time of session, though this rebate can be processed for you at close of session.

Seeking support can feel like a big step. Navigating the paperwork doesn't have to be. Please feel welcome to bring this guide to your GP appointment to help ensure your referral includes all the information required for Medicare.
PH
Private Health Rebate
Many Private Health Funds offer a rebate, and you may like to confirm with your fund whether this is something that you can access. The practice cannot process these rebates, though you will be provided with an invoice at the close of each session with all the information you need to assist this process.
These do not require a GP referral, however you are unable to claim from both Medicare and your Private Health Fund.
DVA
Department of Veterans Affairs
The Kind Collective is pleased to offer mental health services for veterans under DVA arrangements.
For DVA White Card holders, you can confirm your eligibility by calling the DVA Health Provider Line on 1800 550 457. If you are eligible, or if you hold a DVA Gold Card, kindly request a referral from your GP [including your accepted mental health condition, for White Card holders]. Payment will then be processed by DVA. at the time of your appointment, following confirmation of your DVA Number.
Open Arms [BUPA]
The Kind Collective is also pleased to offer mental health services to ADF Members, eligible to access therapy through BUPA Open Arms arrangements.
