Attachment Therapy
for attachment and relationships
Relationships can be deeply meaningful,
and at times, deeply challenging and painful too.
Sometimes, we find ourselves in patterns we don't fully understand,
even when part of us longs for something different.

You might notice:
fear of abandonment, or needing reassurance,
overthinking shifts in connection or closeness,
pulling away when things feel too vulnerable or too close,
repeating similar relationship dynamics, despite your insight,
struggling to express your needs or set boundaries,
feeling anxious, emotionally overwhelmed, or shut down in conflict

These patterns are often shaped by attachment -
the ways we learned to seek safety, connection, comfort, and protection
in our earliest relationships.

Attachment therapy is not about blame,
and it is not about reducing you to a label or attachment style.
It is about gently understanding the emotional blueprint that may still be shaping
how you relate to yourself and others today.

In our work together, we explore these protective patterns with curiosity and compassion, to begin to make sense of your relationships and experiences today,
making space for new ways of relating that feel more secure, balanced, and aligned.

Our work may involve:
exploring relationship dynamics and attachment patterns,
understanding emotional triggers and nervous system responses,
building greater self-awareness and self-compassion,
learning to communicate needs and boundaries more openly,
strengthening emotional safety, trust, and connection,
processing earlier relational wounds or trauma experiences.

My approach integrates attachment-focused therapy with trauma-informed care,
drawing from approaches such as EMDR, parts work, nervous system awareness, and relational therapy.

The goal is not perfection in relationships, this doesn't exist.
It is helping you feel more secure within yourself,
more connected in your relationships,
and more able to respond to vulnerability with steadiness,
rather than survival.
