Online Therapy
for online telehealth appointments

Therapy doesn't have to happen in a room to feel meaningful.

Online sessions offer a flexible and accessible way

to engage in therapy, wherever you are,

while still creating space for connection, reflection,

and therapeutic work that feels grounded and relational.

Many people find telehealth:

more comfortable and familiar,

easier to fit into the realities of everyday life,

supportive of consistency and ongoing care,

gentler during periods of overwhelm, anxiety, parenting, illness, or transition,

helpful in creating a sense of privacy, ease, and emotional safety.

I offer online therapy to clients across Australia

through secure video sessions.

While the setting may look different, the heart of the work remains the same -

thoughtful, relational, and grounded -

just in a different space.

Using a trauma-informed and attachment-focused approach,

I support clients online with concerns such as anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, grief, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and nervous system regulation.

Online sessions may include approaches such as:

attachment-focused therapy,

EMDR therapy [where appropriate online],

ACT and DBT informed approaches,

grounding and nervous system regulation strategies,

trauma-informed emotional processing and support.

Many clients are surprised by how connected and effective online therapy can feel, even through a screen.

Together, we create a space that feels supportive, steady,

and adaptable to your needs,

wherever you may be joining from.
