Face-to-Face Therapy
for in person appointments
Sometimes, having a space to come into,
away from everything else
can feel important.

A space away from the noise, responsibilities, and demands of everyday life,
A room that holds the work with you.
A place to pause, reflect, and feel met in real time.

For many people, in-person therapy offers
a sense of grounding, presence, and connection that can feel supportive
during difficult or emotionally significant seasons of life
Face-to-face therapy may offer:
a dedicated and contained therapeutic space,
the opportunity to feel supported in-person,
a sense of separation from the outside world and daily pressures,
a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself,
a grounding environment for deeper emotional or trauma-focused work.

Our face-to-face sessions are held in Caringbah, in the Sutherland Shire
in a calm, private, and welcoming setting,
designed to support emotional safety and comfort.

While the setting may differ from online therapy,
the heart of the work remains the same -
thoughtful, relational, and gently placed,
with space for whatever you bring.

Using an attachment-focused and trauma-informed approach,
I support clients with concerns such as anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties,
grief, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and nervous system regulation.

In-person sessions may include approaches such as:
attachment-focused therapy,
EMDR therapy,
ACT and DBT-informed approaches,
grounding and nervous system regulation strategies,
trauma-informed emotional processing and support.

Together, we create a space away from it all,
where you can bring whatever is present for you.
