Therapy for Women
therapy for women in all seasons
There are seasons in life that ask more of you.

Times of change, transition, emotional load, or quiet overwhelm
where things feel unfamiliar, heavy, or harder to hold than they once were.

For many women, these experiences are layered,
biological, emotional, relational, and often invisible to others.
You may be navigating:
the emotional impact of your cycle, including PMDD,
pregnancy and the transition toward birth,
postpartum adjustment and the often unseen shifts of matrescence,
fertility challenges, uncertainty, or loss
identity changes across different life stages of womanhood,
relationship changes, caregiving roles,
or the mental load of holding everything together.

You might notice:
feeling more emotionally overwhelmed, sensitive, or depleted,
shifts in mood that feel difficult to predict or manage,
a sense of losing yourself, or not fully recognising who you are anymore,
increased anxiety, self-doubt, or pressure to cope,
carrying the invisible load of everyone else's needs
difficulty slowing down, resting, or asking for support,
feeling disconnected from yourself, your body, or your relationships.

In our work together, we create space to gently make sense of what is unfolding,
what is contributing to your distress, not minimising your experience,
while supporting you to reconnect with yourself in a way that feels
steadier, more supported, and more sustainable.

This might include support with:
understanding emotional and nervous system responses,
exploring patterns of self-pressure, people-pleasing, or over-functioning,
supporting identity shifts and transitions through matresence and womanhood,
processing experiences related to fertility, pregnancy, birth, or postpartum,
working through anxiety, overwhelm, grief, or emotional exhaustion,
building self-compassion, boundaries, and emotional support,
gently processing birth trauma
or experiences that felt distressing, unexpected, or difficult to make sense of.
I integrate approaches such as attachment-focused therapy,
EMDR, ACT, DBT, and nervous system-informed practices.

This work is not about doing more, coping perfectly, or getting it "right".
It's about having a space that holds you, too.
